WAEC complaint portal for candidates with withheld results

Authorities of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) have said that the complaint portal for candidates whose results were withheld is still up.

It is accessible via waecinternational.org/complaints.

In a press release seen by EduCeleb.com, WAEC said: “The complaint portal for candidates whose results were withheld/held to register their complaints/defence is still up”

WAEC urged affected candidates to seize the opportunity of the grace period to click the link below to lodge their complaints and view the added features.

It said: “Affected candidates can click the link below to lodge their complaints and view the added features.”

Recall that the examining body had released its 2023 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results for School Candidates in August.

About 300 thousand candidates had their results withheld in the process. This might be an avenue for whoever is in those shoes.
