The University of Lagos (UNILAG) is set to conduct the 2018/2019 academic session convocation ceremonies.
During the week long event, the fifty-eight year old institution would launch its school anthem.
Over the past decades, the University had no anthem.
13,489 persons would be presented various degrees and diplomas during the ceremonies billed for later in the month.
UNILAG Vice-Chancellor, Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, disclosed on Monday while addressing journalists in Lagos.
Among the undergraduate products are a total of 281 First Class graduates, 2,139 Second Class holders, 2,870 Second Class Lower holders.
1148 are in the Third Class category and 117 are with Pass degrees.
For the doctorate degree, 112 PhD holders would graduate.
He also disclosed this during a press conference to announce activities for the university’s 51st convocation.

Overall students in his Department and for the session with 4.98 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA).
