Each year the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) conducts examination series, it engages the services of examiners and other personnel in the process of getting the candidates’ results ready.
This exercise is popularly known as coordination. It is an exercise that involves the Coordination of Examiners and Marking of Candidates’ Scripts at various marking venues.
The date of the coordination is usually based on the examination schedule of WAEC.
Earlier in 2018, the Head of National office at WAEC, Olu Adenipekun had set a target of making students’ results available to them within a month after the conclusion of the exam.
Invariably, the WAEC coordination should hold not later than two weeks after the last paper was written since the exams are marked and computed with two weeks too.
Check the exam timetable to predict the likely time that Coordination exercise would be, if you’ve not been receiving invitations before.
Even if you are not going to eventually mark the exams, the coordination exercise is an avenue for you to learn current marking requirements in the subject you teach in secondary school.

That depends on what subject you want to mark.
i went to idiaha obong in uyo but they said thy’ve stopped using the school since the past 2 years…so does It also mean i cant mark as a corps member?
Community Secondary School, Ikot Oku, Ubo, Uyo is the other centre in Uyo that has replaced that. Go there. Thank you for draing my attention to that factor.

Try getting there earlier to confirm if that’s the venue for those marking Economics. It’s obvious you’ve not been invited. It may be a case where by some subjects were moved to another centre around that same location.

As long as you have the teaching qualification, you would be allowed.

A degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry would suffice to mark Chemistry.
