The Lagos State University has developed a central application centre that allows applicants requesting for documents in the University to apply, track and receive online and in realtime, their documents, at chosen destinations.
This is a result of efforts through the university’s Directorate of Information and Communication Technology in the Exams and Records Division.
According to the university’s spokesperson, Mr Ademola Adekoya, this development will eliminate delays associated with the processing of paper documents.
“The Examinations and Records Division of the Registry offers services to the University’s teeming Undergraduate and Sub-Degree Students, as well as Graduates of the First Degree, Sub-degree programmes through issuance of Academic Documents needed for various endeavours,” he told EduCeleb.com.
With the latest innovation, these services are now domiciled and accessible online on the Examinations and Records Academic Documents Application Portal [EADAP] hosted on the University website: www.lasu.edu.ng
Application and payment for academic documents and services offered by the Division as listed below, will henceforth be done on the Examinations and Records Academic Document Application Portal as paper applications are now being abolished.
Documents processable through the platform include certificate, certified true copy of a certificate, a letter in lieu of lost certificate and notification of results.
