Authorities at the Federal College of Agriculture, Ishiagu have banned students from organising any form of celebrations after their final papers.
In a statement seen by EduCeleb.com on Thursday, the security committee of the school laid down various regulations as the exams proceed.
Contents of the statement is presented below.
“This is to bring to your notice that the College have ban all form of Secret cult Gyrations, pouring of water or any form of liquid (including: wine, juice and beer), shootings (Gun shoots & Knock outs) and flying of colours, within the college and Mammy Market.
“Students are advised to avoid such unlawful gatherings or circles as such will lead to arrests and prosecution in a competent court of law, according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“Bar Tenders/Owners and Liquor Vendors are hereby advised not to allow such unlawful gatherings in their business space, as such will attract sanctions from the school authority.
“We wish all students Good Luck in their papers and encourage them to observe Covid 19 Protocols (like social distancing), your safety is very important to the entire staff and management of the College.”
