The Governing Council of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has approved the appointment of Abdulwaheed Adekunle Yeosuf as the new Bursar of the College.
He took over from Mrs Kehinde Olabode who has been in the position in an acting capacity since 2017.
Until this appointment, Yeosuf was a Chief Accountant and Head of the Final Account Department at the Federal Polytechnic Offa.
The native of Offa in Kwara State was born in 9th October, 1970.
He is a veteran of the Accounting profession with over 20years experience.
He holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kwara State Polytechnic Offa; a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Osun State University Osogbo, a Postgraduate Diploma and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.
The new Bursar isa fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and Institute of Professional Financial Manager, UK. He is also Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; Association of Chartered System Accountants,United State, Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Nigeria and Certified Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, UK.
