The Oyo State Government has announced the release of the first batch of qualified applicants who participated in the 2024 recruitment exercise conducted by the Oyo State Post Primary Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM).
The Permanent Secretary of TESCOM, Lawal Haroon, confirmed the development on Friday, November 22, stating that Governor Seyi Makinde had directed the immediate release of the names of newly appointed teachers and non-teaching staff.
How to Access the List
Haroon advised all candidates to check the government’s official portal at tescom.jonportal.oyostate.gov.ng starting from Monday, November 25, 2024.
“Applicants are encouraged to disregard any fake lists that may be circulating. The authentic and verified list will be available exclusively on the state portal,” he emphasized.

The Permanent Secretary assured the public that the recruitment process was conducted with integrity and fairness. “All hands are on deck to ensure that appointments are prepared and delivered strictly on merit,” Haroon stated.
He also expressed the government’s commitment to transparency and efficiency in addressing the educational needs of the state by recruiting competent personnel to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in Oyo State schools.
