The Osun State Government has urged the candidates who participated in the teachers recruitment exercise of the state to debunk trending statistics.

This was revealed in a statement by the State Commissioner for Education, Oladoyin Bamisayemi.

Bamisayemi who described such trending statistics as fake, promised that he will give a comprehensive analysis on the outcome to the public after he might have reported to the State Executive Council on Monday.

The statement reads below:

The fake statistics below is trending on the social media. Please ignore it as it is the handwork of confusionists and negative propagandists.

The performance in the recruitment exam compares favorably with what one expects in a standard exam of such nature.

I will give a comprehensive analysis on the the outcome to the public after I might have reported to the highest executive body in the state, that is, the State Executive Council on Monday 15th of February.

It’s standard and best practice to first report to one’s principal and his management team before addressing the press.

Be assured that the overall performance is not as woeful as this alarmist and harbinger of lies will want you to believe
