Old students to award El-Rufai for ‘Reinvigorating Education Sector’

Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai is to be awarded for “Reinvigorating the Education Sector”.

The Government Secondary School, Kachia Old Students Association (KACHOSA) disclosed its plans to present the award of excellence to the governor at its golden jubilee slated for December, 2017 in a statement made available to EduCeleb.com.

The association, in the statement signed by its Chairman, Organizing Committee, Dr. Adamu Sani said as part of the activities lined up for the jubilee, the old boys will also lay foundation for the school gate which would be named ‘GOLDEN JUBILEE GATE.

The statement added that the association will also honour some distinguished personalities who have contributed to the growth of the school in various aspects.

Government Secondary School Kachia was established in 1967 as the first public secondary school in the entire southern part of Kaduna State.
