LAUTECH don becomes ASUU zonal coordinator

An activist and renowned lecturer at the Ladoke Akintola Universityof Technology (LAUTECH), Professor Oyebamiji Oyegoke, has been named the Ibadan Zonal Coordinator of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

Well loved and amiable, Oyegoke who is Director of Part Time studies at LAUTECH, was at a time, Chairman of ASUU in the Institution.

By the new appointment, the Professor in the Department of Pure and Applied Biology, Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences of LAUTECH, will superintend over ASUU activities in the Ibadan Zone which covers, University of Ibadan, University of Ilorin, LAUTECH, Osun State University, and Kwara State University.

Oyegoke was pioneer secretary of LAUTECH branch of ASUU. He was secretary and branch Chairman for two terms.
