Tertiary educational institutions in Nigeria have revealed the cut-off marks for the 2023/2023 academic year.
This is based on the submissions during the 2023 Admission Policy meeting organised by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Saturday.
JAMB registrar, Professor Ishaq Oloyede disclosed that 140 and above was set as the cut off mark for 2022/2023 admissions into universities across the country.
The meeting also featured award presentations to different deserving institutions and naming the top scoring candidates in the 2023 UTME.
Oloyede said 100 had been approved as cut off mark into Polytechnics and Colleges of Education.
He explained that the aforementioned points were the minimum, but that does not mean that institutions must comply with it.
