The Ekiti State government has opened an online teachers’ recruitment portal for primary school teachers.
This is being done through the state’s Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
The online registration will begin at midnight on December 21, 2022, and close at midnight on January 4, 2023.
Ekiti SUBEB chairman, Akinwumi Femi, announced the development in a statement made available to EduCeleb.com.
He said the board is looking to recruit qualified holders of the National Certificate in Education (NCE) and those with education degrees, to work in public primary schools in the state.
“Candidates are to print out their forms after completion of the online application. The printout will serve as entry passes into the examination halls during the recruitment test,” the statement reads.
“Candidates who are not ready to serve in the rural areas of the state or where their services are required need not apply.”
