Authorities at the Lagos State University (LASU) have considered the promotion of 127 of staff members, amongst other things.
This is inspite of the dwindling revenue accruing to academic and other institutions occasioned by the COVID-19 and the attendant lockdown on economic activities globally.

A further breakdown of the figure shows that the promotion beneficiaries are made up of Seventy-75 Academic Staff, consisting of 21 Professors, 24 Associate Professors while 30 other academic staff also got elevated to higher cadres of their career.
Also making up the list are 52 Non-Academic Staff consisting of five Deputy Registrars, One Deputy Bursar and 46 others.
It is noteworthy that the Governing Council also approved the appointment of 51 new staff members into various positions of different faculties, departments and units of the recently ranked Best State University in Nigeria. For information on Press Releases, Photos, Promotional Events and Adverts, Please Call or Send a Text to 09052129258, 08124662170 or send an email to: email@example.com
