Abalaye Nigeria to organise Yorùbá Quiz Competition 2.0

An indigenous language promotion organisation, Àbáláyé Nigeria has announced the conduct of the second edition of her annual Yorùbá Quiz Competition.

It said that the competition will be coming up on the 30th May 2019 at Education Glass Hall, Faculty of Education, University of Lagos.

The organisers said it is geared towards teaching Yorùbá Language and Culture to children in schools and communities through Yorùbá Quiz Competition.

Using Yorùbá Language as the medium of instruction, the pupils would be asked various questions with the focus in the Universal Basic Education Curriculum with attention to Yorùbá studies (Culture, Language, Literature), Arithmetic and Current Affairs.
