UMYUK debunks employment rumor
Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU) has debunked reports that it was recruiting some academic and non-academic staff in its institution.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the university said that there was no truth to such reports on some news websites and social media platforms.
“I have been directed by the Registrar of UMYU, M. Nasir Bello to inform all stakeholders and the general public that the purported Academic & Non-Academic vacancies emanating from the University is wholly a fake and tissues of lies,” the statement read in part.
“By this, all are kindly requested to ignore it in its entirety.
“The Management does not declare and neither approve nor authorise such adverts.
“All are therefore kindly advised to ignore it.”
