The Lagos State government has announced the postponement of the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE)

Lagos State.
The exams earlier scheduled to hold from Wednesday, 1st June – Wednesday, 8th June, 2022 would have to hold between Wednesday, 8th June and end Wednesday, 15th June 2022 as rescheduled.
A statement by Mr S. Gbadegesin of the Lagos State Examination Board did not adduce any specific reason for postponement.
He merely said that “this is due to some circumstances beyond the Board.”
