Katsina State government has appointed new heads for the Katsina State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Katsina State Scholarship Board and some other government agencies in the state.
The Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, made the appointments of the new chief executives along with nine others assigned their respective portfolios.
Gov Radda’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed in a statement made available to EduCeleb.com said the appointments were conveyed by the Secretary to the State Government, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa on Monday.
Based on that development, Dr Aminu Salisu Tsauri is the Executive Secretary, Katsina State Scholarship Board.
Alh. Kabir Magaji would henceforth be the Chairman of Katsina
SUBEB.
Appointed along with him are Dr Ibrahim Isyaka and Hon Rabiu Idris who would be Permanent Member, SUBEB 1 and Permanent Member, SUBEB 2 respectively.
Meanwhile, Dr Aliyu Rabiu Kurfi is the Executive Director Katsina State History and Culture Bureau while Prof. Kabir Ibrahim Matazu serves as the Executive Director, Katsina State Science and Technical Board.
Also appointed were Alh Kabir Usman Amoga as the Executive Director, Katsina State Environmental Protection Agency and Hajia Binta Dangani as the Executive Secretary Katsina State Emergency Management Agency.
Engineer Tukur Tinglin is the new Managing Director, Katsina State Water Board while Hon. Abubakar Sulaiman Abukur serves as the Executive Director, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency.
Another appointee is Dr Nuhu Bala Kankia would is the new Executive Secretary, Katsina State Agency for Control of AIDS.
