UMYU bans female students from exiting campus after 8pm

The management of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina, is informing all female students of the Institution that effective from today, Friday, 19th March 2021, they are prohibited from exiting the University after 8:00pm.

The decision is part of the security measures being implemented by the Management to secure the lives of the students and their property. Similarly, the Management directed that no vehicle should be seen either parked or moving within the premises of the female hostels and the students Centre after 8:00pm.

To this end, anybody found violating any or all of the aforementioned directives will be sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of the University Laws. All concerned are therefore warned against contravening the above rules.
