A fresh set of evidences show that Adooh Emmanuel may have lied against two ladies who he claimed framed him leading to his expulsion by the management of Covenant University for ‘sexual immorality’.

These new evidences indicate that Mr Adooh may have also committed perjury in the legal battle challenging his suspension by the university in court.

EduCeleb.com recalls that Adooh took to his twitter account on Tuesday deriding his University’s management for punishing him for an offence he claimed innocence of. He later deleted the tweets.

The management had relied on a set of WhatsApp conversations from his colleague, Omotayo Dada’s tab to arrive at its decision. Screenshots of the conversations in which he spoke about having sexual relations with another colleague, Marilyn Effanga which were attested to by the duo formed the basis of his suspension.

Adooh, who was a final year student that could not graduate with his colleagues in July as a result of the controversy also accused the Registrar of the school, Dr Olumuyiwa Oludayo of being a sex predator. He said the same WhatsApp conversations being used against him implicated the Registrar too.

Mr Oludayo and his university are yet to comment on the matter despite efforts by EduCeleb.com to get their side of the story. Also, it is not yet clear whether the university would be appealing the court judgment based on these evidences.

Dada, Adooh and Effanga

The fresh evidence

The duo of Ms Effanga and Ms Dada had countered claims Adooh publicly made against them. In the process, Dada released audios of conversations in which he admitted being guilty of all the school accused him of doing.

She said that she had to come out with this following threats on her and her family. Both Dada and Effanga admitted that Adooh actually had consensual sex with Marilyn and later accused her of giving him an STI. But tests proved she was negative for any STI.

When the university later saw the messages on both young women’s mobile devices and invited them for questioning, they said it was Adooh who Adooh begged them to cover up for him. They said that in their attempts doing so, they were threatened with expulsion and had to eventually say the truth. This led to Adooh’s expulsion.

In the released audio, Adooh is heard narrating to a friend that he indeed had sex with Marilyn and went to bed immediately afterwards. As a result, his ejaculate stuck to his skin and also to his boxers.

When he woke at night to ease himself, his briefs had already stuck to his male member due to his discharge. This made him bleed when removing the underwear and he thought Marilyn had given him a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI).

He admitted to calling Effanga to accuse her of infecting him in December 2017. He also said he called her friend Omotayo to complain. He claimed that he later discovered it wasn’t an STI but it was his underwear sticking to his skin due to the dried discharge.

He further revealed that earlier this year, Effanga got into trouble with the school and the management saw the messages on her phone and also on Omotayo’s phone so the school’s SDC invited him for questioning as regards sexual immorality. He said when they showed him the chats and his photo, he denied being the Adooh in the chats and kept denying it all through. The school then called Omotayo to testify against him.
