Isa Mustapha Agwai Poly alumni inaugurates new executive

The Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic Lafia, Nasarawa state, Alumni Association, Monday, inaugurated its new national executive council with Mr Ogbole Arenya as the president to pilot the affairs of the association for the next three years.

At the occasion in Lafia, the outgone caretaker chairman Prince Jamilu Abubakar charged the new executive to always strive, work hard to uphold, respect the laws of the alumni to achieve more success.

The newly sworn-in national president of the association Ogbole Arenya thanked God for the opportunity given him to serve, pledging that he would not betray the mandate reposed on him but serve with sincere mind.

He said his mission would be justified by truth and trust.

He equally promised an all-inclusive administration, saying that the interest of his colleagues would be prioritised.

He said the association would not relent in contributing to the development of its alma matter to help achieve their good dreams.

The President resolved to work closely with the management to enhance growth and development of the polytechnic.

He said his administration would remain accessible to all and sundry in its quest for charting a new course for the noble association, while appealing to aggrieved parties to sheath their swords and join his alliance to move the association forward.

He also used the medium to appeal to the management to carry out bio data capturing online to ascertain the actual number of the final year /cleared students.

The newly inaugurated executive included Ogbole Arenya president, Mohammed Usman Ahmed vice president, Yusuf Musa secretary-general, Isa Abdullahi Mustapha Assistant secretary, Aliyu Ahmed Financial secretary and Paulina Enna treasurer.

Others are Agu Obene publicity secretary, Andrew James ex-officio one and Jamilu Abubakar ex-officio two.
